For the Summer and early Fall 2018, we have many planetary shifts taking place against the back drop of three eclipses (two Solar and one Lunar). Two Solar Eclipses in one eclipse season is very rare. So, the transits taking place at this time are highlighted by the potent energetic influence of the three eclipses.
Here are some highlights so that you can mark your calendar with key dates that are meaningful to you.
Full Moon in Pisces - August 26, 2018
This full moon in the early morning hours of August 26, will be conjunct Neptune, the ruler of Pisces. This combination of Moon and Neptune will be trined by Jupiter in Scorpio. Go deep into this Full Moon with inspired Music and writing!
New Moon in Virgo - September 9, 2018
Mars is Retrograde in Aquarius. From now until August 27, when Mars turns direct, he will continue his retrograde transit of the heavens.
During this time, on August 12, he will move back into the sign of Capricorn where he will remain until September 11 when we leaves Capricorn not to return until the Summer of 2020.
While Retrograde in Capricorn, expect to feel a high degree of frustration as your actions seem thwarted and blocked. Avoid the frustration by planning for a big set of disciplined actions you can take from August 27 to September 11.
On September 11, Mars picks up where he left off in Aquarius.
Saturn continues his retrograde transit until September 6, 2018. During this time, it might feel like your efforts are heavy and life is just plodding along. Don’t try to fight against this or you might burn yourself out. Continue your efforts, but with patience! There might be an extra bit of fear with this Saturn Retrograde because brother Pluto is also Retrograde in the sign of Capricorn.
When Saturn turns direct on September 6, the heaviness will shift. Having said that, Saturn will remain in Capricorn until December 2020. So while the heaviness will shift, the need for patient, consistent, disciplined, mature action will continue until late 2020. A glimmer will be felt again when Pluto turns direct on September 30, 2018.
September 10, 2018 - Mars enters Aquarius
September 26, 2019 - Chiron will enter back into Pisces for one last push until February 17, 2019 when he leaves Pisces and will not return for a long, long while.
Pluto continues retrograde until the end of September. Since Pluto is retrograde in Capricorn, you might be feeling a background sensation related to fear and the fear of letting things go that no longer server you.
When he turns direct, some of that background energy related to the fear of letting things go will fade. Then, if we allow it, you can simply lay those fears to side and continue on your journey. Pluto will remain in Capricorn until 2024, but will not return to that sign until 2254!
Since 2011, Neptune has been transiting the sign he rules: Pisces.
He continues his retrograde motion until November 24, 2018 when he moves direct.
Though, he remains in Pisces until roughly 2026 drawing our attentions toward awakening.
Chiron is retrograde in the sign of Aries now, but will travel back into Pisces where he goes direct on December 9, 2018.
Key Date: On September 26, 2018 Chiron will move back into Pisces and you may feel an energetic shift at that time.
Uranus is currently transiting the sign of Taurus. He just entered the sign of Taurus a couple of months ago and you might have felt a shift at that time.
On August 6, he will turn retrograde until January 6, 2019. During this time, starting on November 6, he will dip back into Aries where he will remain until March 6, 2019.
Uranus retrograde might trigger feelings of frustration and anxiousness for underdeveloped aspects of life.
Use this last push in the sign of Aries to take real action from January 6 to March 6 toward the maturation of your unique expression in the world. Go boldly where you have not gone before! If it feels good and right for you, do it. After all, Uranus will not transit through Aries again until 2097!
